I am editing my review on Friday, January 31, 2025 in response to Nadia’s response to my review posted over a month ago. Nadia, how are you claiming to NOT be aware of a policy YOU have in place on YOUR business’ website of requiring your customers to put down a deposit in order to book their appointment? Meant to post this review after my experience with Nadia at The Hair Artistry but life happened. Earlier this year my husband book me a haircut with Nadia and paid the $12 fee on the website to hold my appointment. The websites states that the $12 should (keyword) have been applied to my final amount of $60, meaning I should have only owed $48 at the time of my actual appointment.
