Got my kids hair cut there, was the worst experience. The lady that cut his hair was so rude I asked her a few questions after the hair cut and she just left me talking by my myself before that she told me if I did not like it to take my son to a barber instead. I will never go back or recommend anyone there. The worst customer service I have even received. My son showed her a picture before the hair cut started and she never said she was not able to cut it that way.

First time ever getting my eyebrows waxed and it came out absolutely messed up she space my eyebrows too far apart you can tell where she took too much off. She left wax on my face she didn’t even get them cleaned up there’s still hair around and she took of my arch on my brow they look ridiculous and I will never be coming I paid 15 dollars for absolutely messed up eyebrows

Tried to make an appointment and they were rude and hung up on me. I used to go here all the time but now I won’t.
