I had an appointment to have hail damage repaired. The insurance had already sent the check and the manager texted me the morning of to remind me of my appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and no one was there. Attempted to call and text the manager with no response. I waited there until 15 mins after my drop off appointment was scheduled and no one ever showed up or returned my call. I had to have insurance put a stop pay on the check which cost me $35.
The Hail Group experience was without any problems or issues that they couldn't fix. I appreciate Logan and Trey for their professionalism and support getting my cars repaired!
For starters, the individuals that I encountered that work for the business is awesome. They delivered on what they verbalized and did not waver from it. Trey is very attentive to details and represents the business well. He is very personable and easy to talk with. When you deliver great customer service, you definitely will not go wrong. I enjoyed interacting with Logan and he is upstanding as well. They are a great asset to the company. My car looks awesome. Thanks and I will be sharing….
