Angela Sergent totally messed us up when we changed my Medicare supplement! Now I don't know if a procedure I had, which was to be covered by the new supplement, will still be covered! She lied to us when she said she handled it & everything was cancelled. She just assumed she did it correctly....she needs to go back for training!
