Haebler group is absolutely the best place to work. Employees and subcontractors are treated with dignity and respect. High quality craftsmanship that is transferred three generations and blossoming further. Goal is to build relationships and work together on next exciting projects. I am grateful to be working alongside other engineers building and renovating beautiful homes
The owner Roland is a very rude very self-serving individual and has been paramount in the downfall of ethical construction practices in Vancouver. He was handed the company by his father. Rolands mark is to make much higher profits then his father but with zero ethics in my view and completely driven but greed. I wouldn't've wish him on my worst enemy. When he gets drunk which is often his personalities plural really come out. Its just a review the rest is for you to decide
