I have been in WA for nearly two decades and rented many apartments. The Hadley staff are definitely above the bar in terms of quality of management and it's a nice breath of fresh air to find staff that try hard to make things right. Very convenient location, pet friendly, and friendly faces all around.
-I reviewed my apartment on the moving out day with the management and he said the wall spot in the attached pic will cost me paint charge. It was fairly light and about 2cm x 4cm? so not even large, so I asked why that’s considered beyond normal wear and tear cause the state law doesn’t allow such charges unless beyond normal wear and tear. He refused to answer that question and just said “I just know that this will be charged, you will receive itemized receipt for it.” I thought itemized receipt meant that I get to have a ... read more
The team at Hadley is awesome. So kind, so responsive, so down to earth. It really felt like home and I will miss living there!
Absolutely enjoyed living here! Amazing leasing office and maintenance team! Huge shout out to everyone! Lovely neighbours, great neighbourhood! All shops are in walkable distance. The building is close to the highway. No issues at all! Highly recommended!
