I cannot speak more highly of The Hadley and the staff. Its a beautiful location and the building close to all the conveniences on the Island. The apartments are pristine and very modern. I have lived in three different apartments at the Hadley and enjoyed each one. The office staff are professional and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent - they attentive, fix problems immediately and very friendly. Of all the apartment buildings on Mercer Island, this one is definitely the best!
Beautiful location in downtown Mercer Island. Plenty of places to walk and get breakfast, go to the park etc. The maintenance staff is excellent - they are attentive, kind and have always fixed everything in a timely manner. Megan, the manager, was good at handling any concerns we had. Ex. we had a smoker outside the building below and it was wafting into our unit. As soon as we told Megan about it the issue was resolved right away. The building is clean and secure.

A lovely place to live! Easy access to both Seattle and Bellevue. A really nice community, with helpful staff.
We decided against moving there because one of the residents complained about the bike room being unlocked, showed us it was unlocked, and let us know the staff was unresponsive 99% of the time. Directly after that conversation no one showed up to our tour, solidifying the decision haha.
