-I reviewed my apartment on the moving out day with the management and he said the wall spot in the attached pic will cost me paint charge. It was fairly light and about 2cm x 4cm? so not even large, so I asked why that’s considered beyond normal wear and tear cause the state law doesn’t allow such charges unless beyond normal wear and tear. The team at Hadley is awesome. So kind, so responsive, so down to earth. It really felt like home and I will miss living there!
Absolutely enjoyed living here! Amazing leasing office and maintenance team! Huge shout out to everyone! Lovely neighbours, great neighbourhood! All shops are in walkable distance. The building is close to the highway. No issues at all! Highly recommended!
I lived in this amazing complex for one year and absolutely loved my time here. Highly recommend it to anyone planning to rent an apartment in this community. A huge thank you to all the staff—they are super friendly and always ready to help with anything. Easily 10 out of 10!
