Finding The Hadley was amazing, Megan, Jeannette and the rest of the team made my move so easy and pain free. I had lived in my condo for 28 yrs in Belltown, and was looking for some where new, cool and nice, The Hadley was it. Very clean building, friendly neighbors, and close to good restaurants and bars. I recently moved back to the Hadley (after a short move to a nearby complex) and am so happy to be back! Megan and Karen are always happy to help or just wave and say hello. I had a disposal issue and both Carol and Blue took care of it quickly. The building is always clean and staff communicates well. Its good to back!
If you like to be ignored by management be sure to move here. Megan will ignore you constantly, then even gaslight you about it. There is a level of incompetence by management that blows the mind. Reviews of the hadley are inflated, perhaps manipulated. Seem fake to me, even if they're real. When I move out I'll really put into detail the problems I saw but for now you don't know if management will seek vengeance or harass you for negative reviews. I cannot speak more highly of The Hadley and the staff. Its a beautiful location and the building close to all the conveniences on the Island. The apartments are pristine and very modern. I have lived in three different apartments at the Hadley and enjoyed each one. The office staff are professional and incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent - they attentive, fix problems immediately and very friendly. Of all the apartment buildings on Mercer Island, this one is definitely the best!
