Just don't waste your time, it's been over 4 years for a workman's comp case, and I signed 5 settlement papers over a year ago and keep getting the run around. It depends on the lawyer. They give you 1 lawyer was great the other is not so it'sr a roll of the dice i have to lodge a complaint the firm will not get back to you

Only concern is their 33%. They have no concern for their client at all. Will talk down to you and lecture you like you are a child. Very condescending. Will also send you to “their” doctors, without considering if your insurance is in-network or is even taken by them; leading you to massive bills in the future. Many times they were rude as well over the phone when you are just trying to receive an update. Sometimes they would not even call back. All they care about is their cut of the settlement.
