Hacienda River - Tucson is a GREAT community. It was our second choice simply because our preferred choice is suburb located. Otherwise, Hacienda River was our in-Tucson choice, by far! We were hosted for lunch and had terrific Club Sandwiches, and the Restaurant Director introduced himself and answered our food service questions. Courteous staff all around! My wife and I toured Hacienda at the River with Marisa who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! It was a very through tour and we found all common facilities and the rooms to be charming. Will definitely look at it as our future home.
WE were very impressed with the facility and staff was very caring. The food was great with a good selection. Marisa did a super job in showing us the property and units. She was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of senior independent living and was able to answer all of our questions. We would definitely consider living at this facility when the time comes. The Hacienda at the River has been a godsend to my Mom. The Hacienda is a beautiful, clean, well equipped and full service senior living community. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The management team is professional and responsive. The Care Team (Nayas) makes all the difference - they truly love what they do and it shows through the quality care and love they give to my Mom. I rest easy knowing my Mom is in the BEST of hands at the Hacienda at the River! Tom Slowey
