HORROR! Placed to go order kiosk in store at 7:30 pm. Got an immediate text saying order will be ready at 7:40 pm please go to counter to get cup. No one at counter so no drink ever, then at 7:55 pm went to counter as NO FOOD YET, and Nicely said “I will make this easy, just give me a refund and I will leave and go elsewhere” only to be told by Manager we don’t do refunds here go to the website!?? The habit burger usually has very good and fresh burgers, but not if you go there late after 7pm. The chicken sandwich are also a bit overpriced. But overall, a good place to grab a bite.
