Food took 20 min to come out cold and the workers attitudes didn't help. Hard to find good help these days.
Muy mal servicio. Me falto una amburguesa hoy, y en el pedido anterior era un club sándwich y lo recibí con otro pan sin una sola explicación, no lo supe hasta llegar a casa porque la etiqueta estaba correcta pero el producto diferente, es la primera vez que comento pero no es la primera vez que pasa, lástima que lo que ofrecen es bueno, pero el servicio y la atencion al cliente es realmente muy, muy mala.
The lady was rude when I asked for Ranch gave me attitude I didn’t purchase it while I had my card in hand to pay for it. Also the fries they gave me were not cooked it was cold within. I feel customer service should be better wasn’t the only one who had her attitude that day I get it bad days happen but it definitely kills your vibe when your being polite😏
