Spent $30 on dinner for my friend and I with a pick up order. we stood at the counter for 15 mins before even being greeted or asked what we needed while our order sat behind the counter. We got home and had no fries, my friends burger was raw in the middle. My chicken in my salad was so hard I had to throw it out. I called to speak to management and was given some speech about filing a complaint online. They took zero accountability and basically refused to allow me to speak to anyone in management. Zero stars.

Always painfully slow. Takes 30 minutes to get a side of fries. Don't go through the drive through if you have somewhere to be.

I typically love Habit burger but I was the only one in line. Ordered a chicken sandwich with a vanilla milkshake. Asked for a meal combo and after waiting 10 minutes for the order. And I gave them a tip. I only had the sandwich and thrown together with soggy bun. Very disappointed

Incompetent employees who somehow managed to make our order wrong 3 times. An older Asian lady tried to gaslight us that we ordered wrong. We told them no. And that they make it wrong every time without fail. Only this location too. When they re made it, some stoned teenager managed to disregard the words “NO” on the kitchen order and put everything we didn’t want on. The absolute WORST habit burger out there. UPDATE: made it wrong a 4th time and this time the guy I talked to personally made it.
