Definitely get the Santa Barbara Char! The buttery, crispy bun is so good, and I swear the cheese is grilled too. The guacamole is my favorite. The whole burger has a much bolder, richer flavor. The regular Charburger is much lighter and fresher—perfect for a summer day. And the sweet potato fries with Classic Ranch are a must. They’re not super crispy on the outside, but the sweet potato is so sweet and delicious. Definitely my favorite!
Gota say, been here 3 days in a row and all 3 days the customer service is pretty bad. They don't even look at you when they give you the food. Both times they had their backs on me when I said thank you before leaving. Two people standing by the counter and none of them turned around. The only person that was nice is the Hispanic male maybe in his mid 30s, all the younger hires act like you are not welcome and please don't come back
