Great food tasty and amazing team
Boxes that the food was in was extremely greasy, the buns were saturated in something not sure what but I didn’t want to eat a sponge so I didn’t, threw the bread away. The avocado was starting to brown. The grilled chicken by itself was good. The green beans were the Best part of the whole meal. My daughter liked her burger she got the Santa Barbara char burger. Every single time I go to this location I am waiting FOREVER. The last time I went I seen the workers confused and wondering why I was still in the drive thru waiting 30 minutes and forgot about my food. This is the worst service I’ve ever received. The workers will forget your order and have you wait in the drive thru and parking for over 30 minutes. I am beyond frustrated with everybody here.
I enjoy eating here with my family every so often but the other night we had a sandwich that we had ordered on the kiosk with No Avocado on it and sure enough when we got the order the sandwich in question came with avocado on it anyway; we brought it back to the counter and the manager on duty (a man) gave us attitude but remade and brought out a new sandwich. Food was great. A little bit on the expensive side but food was worth it with the quality it was. Order the onion rings 100% but when you do get them well done. The fry’s were up there to the likes of McDonald’s. The food was much better than shake shack and the milkshakes were better as well. However, the atmosphere was good with music but, it’s a little dirty and pretty warm. Overall, I would come back it was great!
