Me and my husband went through the drive-thru today. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. There was barely any chicken, there were 5 cubed pieces of grilled chicken and the salad was warm. I understand the wait and everything because my husband ordered the chicken club. But to barely have any chicken in my salad that is more expensive than a burger is ridiculous. And for it to be warm is the cherry on top. Very disappointed with the food and service. Might as well just went to Chick-fil-A right next door.
My family stopped by here on our way home from running some errands thinking it would be a quick stop with only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through. How mistake was I when it took over 30 minutes to get the food with just 2 cars ahead. The girl working at the register on Sunday was kind and had a great demeanor. However 30 minutes for fast food with hardly any line is ridiculous.
Drive thru takes at least 10-15mins to get your order out so be prepared. Check your items they often forget to add things. They recently forgot the 2 sauces I paid extra for and did not add tomato or onion to my sandwich.
We waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries and 2 shakes. We got our food home and took one bite out of our hamburgers and both of them were RAW! Fries and shakes were great but now i have to find something else for lunch. What a waste of time.
I have never seen a place where every employee looked at a customer and just walked away. I waited 45 mins for them to say "didn't make it to the kitchen" when someone finally asked if i needed something. The first time, there was hair in my husbands burger and they didnt add bacon so we had to wait even longer for his and we had to take it to go.
