HORRRIBLE experience with the girl that supposedly helped me get my order . Attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. I believe good customer service can make or break a dining experience, and in this case, it really did. Hopefully management sees this and works on improving the customer interaction side of things
I went to purchase some food for my family and I was disappointed I ordered online and it said clearly do not park on curbside parking. It said go to drive thru instead and when I pulled up to drive through the girl with glasses was saying to park on curbside in order for me to receive my order . Which is makes no sense because I had been waiting for my food already. And there was no one behind me. Sure! Here’s a one-star review in one paragraph: It’s incredibly frustrating trying to figure out what to order here—there are no prices, no dish names, just pictures of food that all look the same. You’re basically forced to show up in person just to find out what they even serve. And after all that effort, the food isn’t even worth it. Disappointing experience all around.
