The wait at the drive thru was long (15-20 minutes), but the food turned out really good. Got the blue wave shake and the family meal. We asked for a side of the mixed peppers and got loaded up with a big box of peppers. Goes so well with the fries and burgers.
Five stars for the team here! Even though my drive-thru order wasn't quite right, their recovery was flawless. They were quick to fix the mistake and the staff was super friendly throughout the process. It’s rare to see such excellent service these days. What a great teamwork and thank you.
3.5 stars for food, not bad, not great, decent burger, but ya'll gotta take it easy with the tips... went into a drive-through to get a burger and they are asking for a tip??? for what, what exactly am I adding a tip for? did they bring out to my car? did they do anything additional beyond what their job requires them to do??? like come on, oh and on top of it all, they handed me a burger and not 1 napkin, not even 1. So I had to pull around and go into the store and get myself a napkin, so they didnt even do their BASIC job... read more
This was not my first visit, but this was the worst fish sandwich ever. Greasy, over cooked, mostly batter. Their water fountain was not stopping, but they were uninterested in fixing it. They had their backs to customer and seemed annoyed that I tried to talk to them.
Three times now, I’ve ordered a charburger and received a cheeseburger. I have a dairy allergy. Incredibly frustrating to drive 15 minutes to get there, sit in line for another 10+ minutes, confirm at the pickup window and on the receipt - charburger no cheese. Drive all the way back home, only to realize I can’t eat it after all that. 3 separate times now. I won’t be back. You’ve lost a loyal customer due to repeated incompetence and laziness.
