Okay so, the food is great. I won't deny that, we actually ordered from them last night and tonight for dinner! Their salads are AMAZING! The bbq chicken salad one is so good as well as their tempura green beans! The ranch is also unmatched! However, the same mistake that was made last night was made again tonight. This location is always messing up. Today, used a free char burger code and they forgot my burger. There was no other customers inside. Really how do you miss one buger. I work for a fast joint and make sure im bagging everything up even if I ask my coworkers million of times if everything is good to hand out. Lovely phone operator gal was the sweetest and made my day after puyallups mistake! Didn't catch her name but cooperate give her a raise! I was accidentally connected to the order over the phone 🤣
