So when you send $6.00 plus tip $2.00 (which is ridiculous you even asked to be tipped) on a small/medium sized shake and you ask for whip cream. You should really get more than this. This is pathetic.

My order was not correct. So both my burgers were not what I ordered I had left Very clear notes. The food was cold. The fries were mostly the hard crunchy ones. I received no sauces I had ordered the only good thing about the order was the uber driver did a great job following drop off notes

Your customer service phone line is the worse. It took 10 minutes for your automated service to finally connect me only for your establishment to be closed even though it was 10:54 pm. I asked for 1 onion ring and 1 fry and what I got was 2 huge containers of fries. I told them I did not want alot of fries for the first order, but of course they did not listen. I had a good experience , my sweet fries were cold , but easily the cashier , I believe his name was John or Juan , but helped me reheat my fries with no problem or argument back , easy and simple , love this kind of service , thank you again the burger was tasty too very happy ,😁
