I used to love going to the Habit very disappointing. I went to just get an ice cream cone and found out they no longer offer. Only offer shakes. I was shocked to see they no longer offer the portobello char. Why? I waited 5 minutes before the worker even acknowledged me. She should at least say I will be with you in a moment. Simple customer service. I saw one customer walked out because he was not noticed. I will give them one more try and order a regular meal. I will write more.
I love this place. This is my hamburger to go place. Food is fresh and hot. The crew is friendly and ready to correct any mistakes. Rich the manager is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Always a nice experience.
