Tried to redeem a free charburger at this location. If you have a coupon, you can’t use the self-order kiosks and have to order with a team member. I waited 10 minutes before someone addressed me and told me they couldn’t accept the QR code I had for the free burger. It had to be a barcode from their app?! I ended up going to the Daly City location and my QR code worked just fine there. Avoid this location if possible.
Burger patty was overly salty.
Ordered just a burger meal , NO FLAVOR AT ALL. Onions undercooked , fries over cooked and taste like cardboard 🥺
