Another place that has eliminated employees in favor of forcing you to order on a screen. Some guy walked up while we were putting our order in and got someone to take his order at the register. Got his food before us too. Screen takes too long and doesn't let you upgrade your fries on a combo meal. Humans used to be able to do that no problem. Speaking of fries, mine were cold. Burger was good though. Oh and they never texted us when the meal was ready, we just had to kind of notice that our order was on the counter. :/ Ove... read more

They forget the chicken in the chicken salads, overcook the patties and smother the burger in onions. Where's the standard. This is what happens when we visit the drive thru here. Disgusted. I have to drive all the way to la mirada from now on smh

Food prep line was extremely unkept. Employees assembled food carelessly and pick up rogue food pieces and threw it in with orders that may not have had those ingredients in them. Tables were not wiped down after previous customers and drink stations were sticky and also not wiped clean. I hope this helps bring awareness to this location seeing that I really like Habit Burger and want to see them succeed!
