In what is maybe the most foolish, stupid decision I have ever seen a fast food restaurant make, this place has made it a requirement that you order your meal online ahead of time and have removed their drive-thru from functionality. They have vastly overcomplicated what should be a simple transaction. So much so, that they didn't get my money today. Instead I took my money to a competitor and ate their instead. Been here a few times.. only because its close Today i pull up to order at speaker like I normally do.. there is no menu now ... its online app only Maybe i don't want your crappy app tracking me on my phone I was the only one there.... no cars behind me instead of just taking my order and informing me to use apo NEXT time... she tells me I have to order inside NEVER EVER going back.... A drive thru restaurant you cant order drive thru at.. what a failing concept you will be out of biz in 3 months tops
Went there today, their new drive thru app only policy is ridiculous! People go to the drive thru cause they don’t have time or don’t want to DRIVE and get on their phone to order! Whoever came up with this is definitely gonna lose business. Cause I’m not downloading ANOTHER app!!!! Ridiculous. They said “it’s easier.” But for who?
I recently visited the store and encountered an issue at the checkout counter. When the cashier was occupied, I waited for her attention, but upon greeting her, she failed to acknowledge me. Instead, I had to initiate the interaction myself. Unfortunately, her demeanor became confrontational, and I felt uncomfortable continuing the transaction.
