Well, while I very much enjoyed the food as I have been eating habit religiously for year and this experience was no different (mad love to the kitchen for that)... the service at this location was lackluster at best. Nobody offered to assist me, so.I ordered using the kiosk and a large drink. We tried Habit Burger Grill the other evening, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. To start, I’m not a fan of self-ordering kiosks, though I understand some customers prefer them. Since this was our first visit, we found the digital ordering system less intuitive than expected. Navigating the menu, customizing items, and making selections wasn’t particularly easy. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be consistently good but now it’s just consistently meh (at best). Most recently the burgers were cold which is their main staple- how can you screw that up? But the over quality and presentation is also poor. The interior is noticeably dirty as well. Sorry to say this because I used to like this place.
