Can't follow simple cooking instruction. I went here to order a basic burger combination of a burger with fries & a drink. The only request I had was that the burger was cooked well done. I specifically requested it well done as they have gave me rare cooked burger at the Burbank Location, which I never came back. I did not think that you need a PHD to follow that simple instruction.
