This really pains me to write as it should’ve been a 5 star review. Lemme get the good out of the way: the food was great! Exactly as I ordered, and as quick as possible. I asked to make a substitute that the self check out didn’t offer (adding thousand island sauce in my burger instead of mayonnaise), and the staff was more than happy to accommodate. This was my first time ever at The Habit. I thought the burgers and fries were really good. Burgers are on the smaller side. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is that the seats were a bit dirty, that it was though to find a place to sit. And the place was empty. The AC was also very cold but it’s also middle of summer so I get that people who’ve been walking may like that.

Food doesn’t disappoint m, however, I placed an online order at about 11:30am and I arrived at 12:28pm and had to wait until 12:36 for my food. Ridiculous! Why are you guys so understaffed for a Friday afternoon? Management needs to fix that!
