Went in with a list of items. Was looking forward to enjoying your food. 4 people working. We stood there waiting and waiting. Not one time did anyone even acknowledge us. Not a hi will be right with you nothing. So sad. Customer service non existent!!! We just left. Seriously we are always very patient. But to be totally ignored is unacceptable. We love our community and support our local businesses first. A simple acknowledgement works wonders!!! This was a huge fail. 😞. We went to Embers Spent our money there.
A limited-time burger that’s actually worth making a trip for. Stopped by The Habit in Pinole to try the new Jet Tila burger, and this one definitely delivered. The burger was stacked with flavor and had that over-the-top look you want from a special menu item without feeling like too much. The patty was juicy, the toppings worked well together, and the whole thing had a great balance of savory, crispy, and rich flavors. This place seems to occasionally make mistakes on my order, always puts the fries on top of the burger and causes in the steam it soggy , today I ordered side of steak and chicken , found out they left out the steak , so once again , guess you need to check the order before I leave , pull every thing the stuff in the bag to check my order , out $6.40 . They could learn a lot from “In N Out “
