Hello, It was our first time there and what a disappointment. We don't understand why the name "charbroil" when they don't used "charcoal". The hamburger was super tiny, thin, and no "char flavor", we wondered if we ate "beef". Bad customer service; we told the cashier "hi...3 times" for him to answer. We look at the kitchen and it was filthy dirty, garbage everywhere...scary. No more. Sad.

I am giving One Star for food because the food was not right. I’m giving One Star for service because obviously the service wasn’t good if they couldn’t get the food right and one star for atmosphere because atmosphere in here was not good at work when everybody’s order was not correct. we put in an order for lunch with habit burger and it was a $50 order and when we picked it up, they had forgot part of our food. On time online order, food was good, nothing fancy and not overpriced. Super friendly staff which goes a long long way.
