If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered through the drive-through and had to wait 45 minutes for my order. When I requested a refund and said I did not want the food because it was not ready after 45 minutes your staff refused to give me a refund and refuse to give me the food. I had an issue with my Uber Eats order because it was stolen before I could receive it. Since the order was placed through Uber Eats, Habit Burger wasn’t able to issue a refund directly, which was frustrating at first. That said, their Guest Experience team responded promptly, explained the situation clearly, and sent me complimentary Char Tickets as a goodwill gesture.
