Habit used to be really good and consistent, now you never know it's going to be. Sometimes they forget our fries or onion rings but we're already home and there's no way to contact the store anymore. I got the new BBQ chicken salad and the beans and corn were frozen. Sometimes the burgers are so over done and sometimes they are good.
I work nearby, so I stop in the drive-thru consistently. Nothing wrong with the food, but it's been a problem with wait times. I'd say it's an average of 10-15 minutes from entrance to exit, one time I waited 10 minute to even place the order, and didn't get my food until a grand total of ~25 minutes passed. When I receieved the food, it was no longer hot. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm going to have to come less often (even though I love the food) if it continues to take this long.
