Used to be one of my favorite burger places. Now they ask for a tip for counter service, and my last time there I found two long black hairs in my fries. Yuk! I won't be going there any more.

Their char burger is always great. Just tried their chicken club... It's not like any other chicken sandwich I've ever had. Very delicious; and a large portion.
