The Habit Burger & Grill at Mercer Mall is always a great experience! The burgers are awesome, the fries are cooked to perfection, and they have plenty of drink options to choose from. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the customer service. Stephen, the Manager, consistently provides outstanding service. He is always accommodating, always welcoming, and always has a smile on his face. We visit the area often and love visiting this location. The service is always excellent and the food is good quality. For recurring customers Steven at the counter is really kind and even remembered our specific instructions. Very clean and good value

I don't get the hype about this place. My partner and I went and they had a regular burger with fries and I had the Hawaiian burger which comes with swiss, pineapple, and teriyaki, with onion rings. These burgers were so sloppy. Greasy, cheese, sliding off with a rubbery texture. Neither of us finished our food. The onion rings were fine but the fries were so hard!! $30 dollars for this is an outrage. Could've eaten at 5 Guys or Freddys for the same price and it would've been better. It's a no from us.

Fries were perfect, burger patty was a bit too small in diameter compared to bun and oh no they have Pepsi products which of course is the worst.
