The food is good when the fries are hot and the burgers are made to order. When the grill person is behind, the fryer has all the fries done and sitting, getting cold. When grill person forgets to add the expensive extra avocado, then just says sorry and gives you the avocado on a tray so you can put it in your perfectly tightly wrapped burger so you can figure it out. After being questioned about my order multiple times and asked to see my phone multiple times, the manager decided to upsell me ranch. I ordered quite a bit of food, I would think a couple ranch dressing should be protocol for any order. Especially after being questioned about my order multiple times.
