I just went to the Habit burger in Chico CA and had a less than great experience. From the time I ordered from the drive thru and paid, I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food and the Santa Barbara Char burger was supposed to have avocado on it and there was none. Pretty disappointing.
Bad business with rude employees and after you call corporate to get them to refund the money they stole from you , corporate doesn’t call you back.
great food and location But even more importantly, on Thursday, Sept 25 , I'd like to give a shout out to a staff member (Heidi) who took her time while passing out ice cream samples to two special needs adults and their chaperone to really feel "seen". Heidi's warmth was on full display as she returned with an extra sample. Well done, Heidi. The entire table(s) area noticed your compassion by taking a little extra time to make them feel welcomed.
Good place to visit and the area is really amazing, clean and good service
