Team member at this location was rude. I waited at the drive thru window to pick up my food and waited there for about 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged me and said we’ll be right with you or anything.didnt even take my payment. I watched the two team members continue to take orders and make things for the dine in orders while ignoring my meal for 15 minutes. The fries are too salty. Everything else is great.
UPDATE: Went in today and took my mom, she loves this place. Placed the order on the kiosk and added extra crispy fries and some items not to be put on the burgers. When the food was ready, the burgers were just made as normal without the additions to the order. The fries were cold and soft, not fully cooked and really not crispy as ordered.
