I cannot thank Abby and the team enough for helping me to finally get my period (and enjoyment for life!) back. I had hypothalamic amenorrhea for 8 years - and thought I would be stuck in a rut of overexercising and not fuelling my body enough. I joined the HA Society after five years of a missing period and so many inconclusive doctors appointments. I felt like no one knew what was going on with me or how to help. I joined the Hypothalamic Amenorrhea Society recently after years and years with no period. I went all in with the guidance of my coach Abby and got my period after 5 weeks. The goal for me is pregnancy, so I am so excited to have that first period back! Highly recommend the coaching program and their podcast is so helpful. Love this community so much!
These women are so incredibly special. I've struggled with an ED for over five years and body dysmorphia ever since I can remember.
