I worked with Ashley 1:1 and i truly appreciated the time in between our check in calls by communicating via email whenever i had a question or things that i needed to process/work through. I was very intimidated of the “All out” method to recover my period, but i was grateful that Ashley met me where i was at and developed a very, hand tailored plan that suited my specific needs in my recovery. I ovulated the first month of us working and got pregnant!
The coaches at the HA Society really know what they are doing. For women who are missing their period or struggling with fertility, I cannot endorse them enough. I had hypothalamic amenorrhea for several years and tried to fight it on my own. Then, I joined the coaching program and recovered faster than you would believe. I can’t thank The HA Society enough!! I’ve worked with them for 2 go-arounds and everyone was so helpful!! Ashley works some serious magic and my family wouldn’t be what it now is without them!! Worth every penny!!
The HA Society is a safe haven for women like me. Following all the food rules, being a "good girl", and doing all the right things in life didn't make us feel good. It made us sick, (ie. no period), lose touch with our authentic selves and live in constant fear and torture. The coaches at HA society helped me liberate from these shackles. I highly highly highly recommend reaching out to them if you've lost period after years of restricted eating and dieting.
