This program was really great and exactly what I needed when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Annamarie is so knowledgeable and always added more to the lesson than what we just read. She brought in great guest speakers and through these guest speakers and Annamarie we learned there's a lot more to pre-diabetes besides what you are eating which I discovered applied to me. I would highly recommend this to anyone either pre-diabetes.
I will forever be grateful for AnnaMarie! When I began this class, I had recently received feedback from my doctor regarding my lab results and knew I needed some guidance. AnnaMarie wisely told me, "blood work does not lie."
