I’ve always worked out throughout my life, but never Considered personal training, I’ve been a gym member at the typical gym, but never achieved my true potential, since I’ve started training with Luis, I find that I can achieve a better self, both mentally and physically. Luis is very thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to strength training and flexibility. I’m looking forward to continue my training here at Gymcon
I have learned a lot from Luis at GymCon. He is extremely knowledgeable and very dedicated. It is an environment with great equipment, very clean and inviting. I actually look forward to my training. Highly recommended.
