Extremely Friendly and helpful PTs. Frequent classes and there are heaps to learn. The only downside I can think of is that the Gym is busy for most of the time and the lifiting area is a bit crowded.
This place is really grest so far. It helps me get back into action.
The owners, Steve Kretiuk and Lim Jeka, are two of the most personable and experienced trainers I've met; and the gym reflects their personalities. The facilities are shmick and regularly updated, clients are warmly greeted and, importantly, the classes and equipment cater to all levels of skill and fitness. Steve has been my personal trainer for almost 20 years. Because of the trust he engendered from day 1, training with him has always been fun but never easy and I always feel better for it.
