Kavya was very helpful and good facilities
Well equipped gym nestled in Marylebone. This gym is big enough to serve peak hour visitors. It has one of the cleanest changing rooms I've ever visited for a gym. The showers were clean and didn't have any nasty smells and also provided body soap. The dumbbells go quite heavy and there are several squat racks. The benches are a little odd as the seat is fixed in position but the back is adjustable. Lockers are also very big. Friendly staff.
