I received personal training from Nick for three months (three times per week) and lost 22lbs. I feel stronger and am more energetic, and areas such as my back and knee, which I suffered with in discomfort for quite a few years, is no longer there. He took his time with me, as I grew stronger and I never did more than my body could handle. It was a great experience and am glad I went.
