One of the best I've ever been to, if not the best. Seriously, super clean, the equipment is in excellent condition, the staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there and attentive. Super safe, they're very serious, kind, respectful, and have a family-like atmosphere. I highly recommend them. If I ever have to return to Sacramento, I'll definitely come back here.

Very awesome community, Espically this guy named Gor. Also they have a lot of machines, especially on the leg side, they also have a sick powerlifting room, and a couple punching bags, Lastly they are also really clean!!

Been going for over a year Members: 5 Stars The people in the gym are positive and friendly. There’s always someone willing to help you out. There’s a good gym etiquette present that makes the atmosphere welcoming. Equipment: 4 Stars For free weights and assorted benches there’s a good variety. As for all the machines there’s usually multiple depending on the muscle group. Except some are older than others and there tends to be a more popular machine. Love this gym, been going here for 10 years since I moved to Sacramento. It is clean with well maintained equipment. You can tell the gym owner CJ cares about his members and listens to requests and concerns.
