I was a member of this gym for over three years. The gym itself is adequately provisioned, though regular maintenance of basic things (i.e. keeping stability balls inflated, repairing rips in equipment fabric, etc.) is not well managed. That is likely because of the biggest issue with this gym, which is the management team. This is a great gym. Small membership, open 24 hours, always clean, well maintained.

I have been requesting copies of my receipts and invoices from the gym on Locke for the past six months, as I am self-employed and require them for tax purposes. Despite multiple attempts to obtain this documentation, I have not received the necessary records. I have specifically reached out to Paul, the manager, but my requests have either been ignored or declined without clear explanation.
