Cute gym! Really small but has a lot of machines. Not a lot of space for working with free weights, but there’s enough. Keep in mind the location has changed! New address is 1037 Miller rd. Unit 114. Also, to get in you need the app and a door code, you can’t just leave cash in the jar.
Excellent gym to have an exercise in or weight train many different machines and weights to choose from at a reasonable price you can pay a drop in price of ten dollars pay for a month or two or if you want a whole year and when your done you can walk to artisan eats next door to have a great lunch or breakfast I enjoy my time here very much highly recommend for anyone
So pumped to have found a gym on bowen island. Every Bar you could want is there to lift with. Going to come to this gym every time I’m on bowen.
Such a cute gym in a little artisan market place on Bowen island. Surprisingly well equipped and spacious with floor to ceiling windows , lots of natural light and high ceilings. Plenty of free weights and squat racks. Way more than what I imagined for an island getaway workout! Brad the owner is super friendly and helpful. The honor system jar at the front for the $10 drop in fee is really cute. They even have showers in the ladies room with hot water , body soap , shampoo and conditioner! 💪🏼 Such a plus on vacation !!
