Being part of this community/family has literally been life changing. The trainers make certain all are comfortable with movements and growth that the progress calls for.. From the moment you walk into the front retail space, where you’ll also find a fridge stocked with gourmet meals not far from the newly renovated recovery room complete with cold plunge and sauna, to getting love bombed by Kobe the big black dog encouraging you to finish, you’ll feel a part of something more than just a gym.
Visiting Maui and took a CrossFit class here. Gym is amazing and Paul is awesome! Definitely will be back
