This facility came highly recommended for their rehabilitative and personal training services. I contacted them on three separate occasions expressing interest as I am looking for PT, and regular personal training. I never received a single call back or acknowledgment. While their reviews are wonderful and I’m sure their services are excellent based on the recommendation/referral I received, I’m disappointed that I’d actually have to “chase” them down to try to give them my business. The coaching is still the best- they don't let you slide on technique, being smart and doing things the right way so you don't get injured. They are engaged with you in every class!
A bright, very clean facility with caring hands-on management and up-to-date equipment. Offers individualized personal training as well as a myriad of classes.
What's not to love! They have excellent trainers, they're friendly, super helpful and have an amazing staff.
