I went to this gym back in 2022 to rebuild my strength and fitness. At the time I wasn't medicated for bipolar disorder. Eventually, I ended up becoming manic and then psychotic. I reached out to one of the owners at the time and I can tell he wanted to be understanding and accommodating to my needs while there. I thank him for that. I think there was a lot of misunderstandings and miscommunication between myself and some of the staff and other members. So I want to start by saying I do actually love this gym. However, I had to relocate for work and there is no location in Tampa so I had to cancel my membership. When I cancelled I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee of $150. Now my first thought was every gym I’ve ever been a member of since the 90s has had a relocation clause for cancellation so I checked the contract and this one does not.
