I lifted here for about 5 years throughout college and work, and it was easily my favorite place to train. What really sets it apart is the owner— super unique guy who’s passionate about the space and constantly adding new, high-quality gear to keep workouts fresh. The environment is top-tier whether you're hitting early morning lifts before work or training after class. Couldn't ask for a better home gym!
Great gym with a great atmosphere. Good for both powerlifting and bodybuilding. I went here about 2 weeks out of a bodybuilding classic physique show while visiting family for two days and both days I was able to properly follow my normal lifting routine and normal process. Great people too. Would definitely recommend if you live in Cedar Falls or are just stopping by.
Fresh equipment regularly, great atmosphere, and a very friendly group of regulars that make people of all ages and levels of experience feel welcome.
