I was in town for Thanksgiving and this gym had an affordable week pricing. The 24 hour option was amazing and easy to figure out access. The perfect efficiently equipped gym.

I’m so happy to have discovered The Gym! I’m in my 50s and have never loved strength training but understand it’s essential for menopausal women. Now I love how I feel and know that I’m doing something that will help my health as I age. Mason is my trainer and he’s amazing.

I have been meeting with Mason at The Gym for about three months now. I love the results that I am getting and enjoy my workouts. I have also met some very nice people. The atmosphere is relaxing and Mason is so positive, encouraging and fun.

I started training with Mason about 4 weeks ago. Started with Z, nutritionist, about 3 weeks. I've already lost 5 pounds! It's a great facility, clean and organized, lots of equipment.
