I don’t like writing bad reviews of businesses, but I really had a terrible experience at this gym. I want to say that the trainers were great, but the way I was treated by the own was baffling. I received an email from him, letting me know that I was not the right fit for his gym and he was going to terminate my contract. He thought that he thought I was making up my shoulder injury and decided that he just wanted me gone. Since day one, I complained that I was having shoulder pain. My background with The Gym in Lost pines is a family one. I am the mother of owner/Coach Seena. Seena is a talented, empathetic and gifted coach/teacher. Equally qualified are his team of coaches. They are all thoughtful and attentive to a client’s unique needs/goals. I have been a member for six weeks now, through a contest. I am “hooked” and committed to continue this journey with this group at this gym. They all, to a person, have been patient, but persistent in helping me keep on track toward fitness. Thank you team!

She felt the workouts were generally useful but the class discipline did leave a little to be desired in that they did not always begin on time and the content wasn't always sufficient to fill the prescribed class duration. Additionally, there seemed to be no discipline in terms of limiting the class size to the maximum of 4 peo... read more
In 2023, I had surgery which relieved me of five years of debilitating pain from a neurological condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia. I woke up from the surgery pain free with a new beginning and had my life back. Now it was time to try to get my physical health back as the disease had left me almost bed ridden from the pain. Over the past year, the coaches at the Gym have helped me gain my abilities back. I’ve lost weight, I have good balance again, I feel stronger, and I’ve learned how to properly position myself during w... read more
