About a year ago, I came to The Gym in Lost Pines looking for help with my functional strength. I was dealing with shoulder, back, and hip pain, and I wanted to improve not only how I felt but also how I moved in my everyday life. From the beginning, I committed to working out consistently twice a week. Over time, I noticed a significant improvement in my strength, balance, and overall confidence in my day-to-day activities. What do I love about this gym…every thing! Their staff is amazing. They are definitely the reason I haven’t quit yet. So encouraging, your biggest cheerleader & great coaches. I was very reluctant at first but after speaking to the owner Senna I was ready to go. Semi-personal training & you never lost in the shuffle with the other 3 people in your group. If you’re looking for strength training check them out you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve also seen my cardio change with some of their metabolic classes, this is also the most metabolically fit I’ve ev... read more

I'm 74. I joined this gym about two years ago, when my orthopedist recommended "athlete training" to treat some back issues (by the way, I'm not an athlete!). After having an assessment by the gym owner, I signed up for small group sessions (four or fewer participants) and self-guided sessions. The coaches leading the group sessions are very knowledgeable and thorough in guiding folks through their workouts. And if I ask for advice during a self-guided session, they are happy to provide it. There is a lot of flexibility in t... read more
