I was happy with this gym until I spoke with staff there to ask why my pin had been blocked. I was completely unaware that my pin had been used by someone else, and I had previously had a conversation with staff to make them aware of this. I was told my pin would be unblocked, only to later on that day receive an email to say my membership had been cancelled.
