Grace is an incredible trainer and she makes it fun! The gym is well managed and lovely- clean, quiet, different spaces for different types of exercise.
The environment is so nice--it's calm and clean when you walk in. The energy isn't nasty//aggressive//competitive. It's friendly and welcoming, but serious about fitness for everyone! Trainer Grace has changed my life. At 72, I find myself actually excited about getting in shape. She's awesome to work with--I can see improvement each week. She works hard and really cares.
This is such a beautiful space. It is always clean and well maintained. Knowledgable staff. The classes are fun and well designed. Top knotch!
I'm no longer a member at this gym, yet they are charging me every month for a locker rental that I never signed up for. There is no way to remove credit card info from their membership site, so the only way to prevent them from charging your card is to lock or cancel and reissue it which is completely absurd.
