Made the drive from downtown Denver to check the gym out. It was worth the drive! The gym has everything you need, and then some. Their Prime equipment is definitely a highlight.
Great gym - the owner, Dan is personable and always willing to help out or have a friendly conversation. The machines and weights are clean, sanitary, tidy, and extremely state of the art. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and the rotation of equipment is ever changing, giving things an always fresh feel. Plenty of options for cables, legs, free weights, bars, aerobics, and cardio.

TGAP is an exceptional gym for everyone from elite athletes to beginners. They have a wide range of free weights, machines, cardio equipment, and a high caliber team of trainers led by Dan Greenbaum who is true health leader in our community and expert in not only exercise science but also nutrition, nutraceutcal supplementation, and peptide therapies. Highly recommend.
I’m Longmont once or twice a month and I always come here to work out. Great gym and great staff. They have everything you need for a good workout, whether it’s more functional fitness or traditional training. Super happy I found this place.
