Amazing selection of equipment and great personnel training.
I decided to take a tour of The Gym during that traditional January month when making some resolutions. Spencer showed me around and I decided to come back for an assessment and ultimately signed up with him for personal training. I went to The Gym at Prospect. I was met by the owner and found out the day pass was free in order to try the gym. I hit chest and triceps around 11AM. Pros - For the time the gym was fairly empty - Most machines are Prime Machines, TOP OF THE LINE - Amazing lighting in the top room (especially for posing videos) - Great atmosphere to train in Cons - There is a slight plate scarcity - Only 3 adjustable benches Overall great gym, will be back to hit another lift. Really special gym. If you're an equipment nerd this place is heaven. Atlantis hack, Prime leg extension/chest supported row (plus many other amazing Prime pieces), Nautilus glute drive...that level of curation is rare and speaks to the passion that has gone into making this such a fantastic place to train. It's never been busy to the point of waiting for equipment to open up, and everyone is generally locked in. Lots of really nice equipment and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of room to workout and fellow gym goers are very friendly. Always a clean and welcoming environment.
