Terrible place owner has no idea what they are doing, doesn’t put any money back into the gym, half the equipment has duct tape on it and has no space, spends 15,000 on new ac that’s not needed or useful, but can’t buy new equipment, raises prices all the time, takes away gym space and equipment for a stupid peptide spot that no one needs, doesn’t improve the gym but still raises the hell out of prices not worth a membership
Fantastic Pilates class with Mack. She had a great emphasis on core stability, and a strong flow that left my muscles shaking in a good way. Excellent for anyone looking to level up strength and mobility!

Nice equipment. Nicer staff! Their second location in the Crest has a large outdoor area loaded with equipment.
