I've been a member for the last 3 owners. The first two in my experience were much more involved and helpful. The facilities were clean and the rules were enforced. Now the new company has installed things that make them profit but don't better or even manage the customer experience. I've never seen a single employee. I've heard and noticed the cleaning lady is either no longer available or does not care. They are not replacing broken equipment. Overall not enthusiastic about this gyms future at this rate.
The 24/7 accessibility is nice. The free weight room is clean and organized. The location and membership make it all the better for me!
Very clean and nice gym. Good equipment.
